By using Visual Anything (the desktop app, the website or the Obsidian plugin) you agree to these terms.

Who provides Visual Anything

Visual Anything is provided by Duc Vu, an individual in Canada. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Duc Vu.

Using Visual Anything

You may use Visual Anything for personal and commercial work. Your graphs, notes and anything you connect remain yours. The app and its code remain ours; please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.

Ask AI

• You must be 13 or older to sign in and use Ask AI.
• Ask AI is free with a daily allowance. Pro raises the allowance.
• AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it.
• Don't use Ask AI for anything illegal, harmful, or to get around its limits. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

Pro subscription

• Pro costs $4 a month (plus any tax), billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from Settings › Ask AI plan › Manage. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires it.
• If the price changes, you'll be told before it applies to you, and you can cancel.
• Cancelling takes the same few clicks as subscribing, and needs no email or call.

Your content

You are responsible for what you put into Visual Anything and for having the right to use it. Your graphs are stored on your own device, so please keep backups (Settings › Backups).

No warranty

Visual Anything is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province where we are based. This does not take away any protection the consumer laws of where you live give you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and important changes will be announced in the app.
